Situated
just 28km South of the Durban City Centre and 10km from Durban International
Airport - is the jewel of the upper South Coast.
Amanzimtoti boasts one of the finest beaches for which a blue flag status
application has already been made. There are four main bathing beaches
all protected by offshore shark netting and very well equipped lifesaving

Future developments include the construction of a 4 star hotel and a
regional shopping centre of 60000 sq.m. to contain all the major retailers.

Amanzimtoti specialise in Sectional Title administration as well as concentrating
on letting and the related maintenance division. In 1998 MLS was introduced
to the Upper South Coast area. It ran into heavy opposition for ±
3 to 4 years, and then was embraced by the majority of agents. Today,
Network Listing is the multiple listing system with 80% market penetration
- the highest in the greater Durban area - 22 of the 26 agencies are members
and Principal, George Hardenberg, serves as assistant Zone Convener, heading
